After watching several of Tanya Burr's make up tutorials using her own products I fell in love with several of the shades and decided to give them a try. Out of the three I purchased, I was expecting to love Aurora and was quite apprehensive about Mistletoe Kiss as I've only just joined the Red Lip Lovers team. However, as soon as I tried them it was completely the other way around!

In terms of formula, these lip glosses are a little stickier than I'd usually like (anyone with long hair will feel my pain!), but this actually gives a really glossy, lovely finish on the lips. I'm absolutely in love with the applicator as the shape makes for super easy application on the go even for lip product novices like myself. The colour of all three is also really buulable, so you can go for a more subtle look, or layer it up for an intense colour pop. The only negative thing I can say is that I typically prefer a flavoured gloss and these are fairly plan, but I understand that's personal preference and probably just me being picky.

Definitely my favourite of the three that I've ordered, and I think it's absolutely perfect for the Christmas season. With one coat it's quite a light, sparkly red that you could get away with for everyday, or you can build it up for the perfect Christmas night look. I've also found it fades well and doesn't leave your lips patchy as it wears off unlike other red lip products that I've tried.

Aurora is the shade I was most looking forward to trying, but surprisingly, it's my least favourite of the three. The formula seems slightly different to that of the newer two shades, and if your lips are cracked or chapped, it shows up all imperfections, something that definitely isn't the case with Mistletoe Kiss or Sparkling Dewdrops. The colour itself is a pink toned nude with a tiny bit of shimmer in it, which is very pretty and perfect for everyday. However, as a fair skinned, blue eyed, blondey-ginger, I feel like it makes me look a bit too Barbie. I'm sure I'll still get wear out of it, but I wouldn't repurchase.
